What Are the Special Needs of Young “at-risk” Families and How can they be addressed?

Young at-risk families have been defined as families in which at least one of the spouses is under the age of 25, as well as single-parent families, families in which the parents have no familial support or have a criminal record. For the first time in Israel, we arrived at an estimate based on computational models of the target population. We then identified the barriers unique to each family profile along with the interventions that can help to address these barriers.
